This White Honda MSX125 Grom was stolen on Saturday 1st June 2024, from the Carpark of the Coombe Abbey Hotel, Coombe Country Park near the Binley/Brinklow area of Coventry. The Hotel CCTV captured the thieves pushing the vehicle away from it’s parking spot and down the driveway, possibly to an awaiting vehicle. The Registration may be removed, but was displaying FY63 XTX when it was stolen. the Frame number is MLHJC61A4D5004208 and the Engine Number is JC61E2006706
Were you staying at the Coombe Abbey Hotel on that night? Do you work at the Coombe Abbey Hotel? Did you see anything? Have any CCTV OO Dashcam images of the theft or subsequent getaway. Did you see any suspicious vehicles in the area that night? Did you see anyone loading something into the back of a car or van?

Update – Bike has now been found and recovered. Sadly, it sounds like it has extensive damage.

Sorry to hear of the damage, but we are glad you have found some closure at least. If you need any assistance with assessments or repairs, we have team that can assist those struggling with repairs whereby we can cut the costs considerably. Just let us know, and we will help where we can. If in storage, and you plan to keep the bike then do retrieve as quickly as possible. The costs of storage will be covered by Insurers should you claim so keep a receipt should you pay for this. If the bike is badly damaged, they in some cases you can just sign it over on the spot to the insurers to deal with. Have a chat with them, and decide what you wish to do. Feel free to send us images of damage if you are thinking of keeping and repairing, and we can advise you of options there.
